Introducing... K-2 Phonics Copymasters

We’ve published our Kindergarten, Grade One and Grade Two Phonics Copymasters and we couldn’t be more excited to tell you more about them.

These copymasters each have over 80 pages of phonics practice for your students to extend and consolidate the teaching in the Letterland Teacher’s Guides. They are designed using decodable text, so students are really putting what they learn into practice when working through the exercises.

Kindergarten

The Kindergarten Phonics Copymasters supply content to support work on common beginnings and endings of words, Word Families, Blends, Vowel Digraphs, and other spelling patterns.

They are aligned to Kindergarten Teacher’s Guide Vol. 1 and Kindergarten Teacher’s Guide Vol. 2. The scope and sequence, as well as some sample pages, is available to download here.

Grade One

The Grade One Phonics Copymasters provide content to support work on Open and Closed Syllables, Vowel Digraphs and Trigraphs, Plurals, Diphthongs, Prefixes, Contractions, Comparatives, Syllable Division and many other spelling patterns covered in Grade One.

They are aligned to the Grade One Teacher’s Guide. The scope and sequence, as well as some sample pages, is available to download here.

Grade Two

The Grade Two Phonics Copymasters provide content to support work on Word Families, Open/Closed Syllables, Blends, Vowel Digraphs, Suffixes, Prefixes and many other spelling patterns covered in Grade Two.

They are aligned to the Grade Two Teacher’s Guide. The scope and sequence, as well as some sample pages, is available to download here.

These copymasters are also now part of the contents of our Kindergarten, Grade One and Grade Two Classroom Packs.

And it doesn’t even end there! We know all classrooms are different and not everything is going to work for everyone. That’s why the content of the Phonics Copymasters is also available as sets of full-color workbooks, coming in July 2022.
